Refund Policy -

We pour our time, care, and a little bit of home into every product we make, and we truly hope you love yours. But if it’s not quite right, that’s okay — we’re here to make it right.

You can send your product back within 7 days of it arriving at your door for an exchange or a refund.
Here’s all we ask:

• It’s in its original condition — unworn, unwashed.

• As each product is lovingly embroidered in our family home, custom or personalised designs can’t be returned unless there’s a fault. (For example our pick n mix range and design your own)
