Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 7-10 business days for delivery within the UK.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Issues: If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Delivery Area: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Returns Policy
We pour our time, care, and a little bit of home into every product we make, and we truly hope you love yours. But if it’s not quite right, that’s okay — we’re here to make it right.
You can send your product back within 7 days of it arriving at your door for an exchange or a refund.
Here’s all we ask:

It’s in its original condition — unworn, unwashed.

As each product is lovingly embroidered in our family home, custom or personalised designs can’t be returned unless there’s a fault. (For example our choose your own design)
